I felt so sluggish this morning and I don't know that I've recovered yet...
This mornings WOD:
Power Cleans 10,10,5,5,5 at 75#
20 minutes AMRAP
90 single jump ropes,
10 burpees,
15 wall balls (10#)
I HAVE GOT to learn to do double unders. The choice was 30 double unders or 90 singles. (Not much of a choice for me since I can't do a double under yet...)
