Paleo - day 1

Today is day 1 of my paleo experiment.
Breakfast this morning - ground turkey cooked with onions, celery, squash, and green pepper. It was good, but I'd forgotten how fast it would be gone. So two hours later, a snack of applesauce.
I'm sure I'll need to eat again in about an hour.
I think celery and hummus is the next snack...
