I'm really going to TRY to be a better person. I'm going to make a conscious effort to be the best at everything I do.
Some of the things I hope to accomplish this year:
1. master double unders - I'm tired of being the guy who has to do 3 singles for everyone else's double under.
2. pullups - I really want to be able to do an unassisted pullup.
3. run faster - Is a 2 hour 1/2 marathon too much to ask for? I just know I can do it!
4. eat better - I've got to stay away from the Reeses. I feel better and perform better when I eat better.
5. be more patient - Time to start counting to 10 or 50 or 100. Whatever it takes.
That being said - I bought my jump rope - yes, I've been practicing double unders at home; I bought some new shoes - no more heavy stability shoes for me! The Vibrams have apparently forced me to change the way that I run; My Advocare 24 day challenge started this morning at 6am. No Reeses for at least 24 days!!
